Job Responsibilities

As a primary school teacher for grades 1-6 with qualifications in music, preferably combined with additional subject competencies, you take an active responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching. You contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment and collaborate closely with colleagues, student health, and guardians to create the best conditions for each student. With your engagement and curiosity at the center, you have the opportunity to drive a development-oriented work together with your colleagues.

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with the support of current technology and pedagogical methods
  • Strengthen a safe and inspiring learning environment that encourages both collaboration and independence
  • Work collegially to develop teaching and share your experiences
  • Document students' knowledge development clearly and systematically
  • Build good relationships and maintain close dialogue with guardians and student health

Qualifications

  • Teaching certification and subject qualifications
  • Experience in primary school activities and a strong interest in continued professional development
  • Ability to create clear, inclusive learning environments where students feel seen and heard
  • A positive view of people and experience in preventing and constructively managing conflicts
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to each student's individual circumstances
  • Good collaborative skills, where you enjoy working in close teams and contributing to an open, supportive work environment
