Do you want to work with risk management in a unique and socially important environment? As a Risk Coordinator, you contribute to safe decisions and sustainable projects in a complex and dynamic everyday life.

What does the role entail? As a Risk Coordinator, you will play a central role in our projects where you contribute to safe, sustainable, and well-founded decisions in a complex airport environment.

You are responsible for ensuring that Swedavia's established risk methodology is followed and developed within our project operations. You support projects through all phases and ensure that the work meets applicable requirements for risk management. This means that you identify and analyze risks, work systematically to reduce the likelihood of risk outcomes, and limit consequences through effective and appropriate measures.

You have a coordinating and supportive role where you conduct workshops, train project teams in risk methodology, compile decision-making materials, and coordinate risk work between different functions. Through your proactive and structured work style, you create good conditions for projects to be able to move forward in a safe and efficient manner.

The position is based at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport, and travel to Swedavia's other airports may occur.

Who are you? You have a relevant university degree in risk management or similar fields. You may be a recent graduate eager to apply your knowledge in practice, or you may have a few years of experience in risk work or occupational health. Furthermore, you have:

• the ability to facilitate and lead workshops as well as compile clear and well-structured materials

• good administrative skills and a structured and systematic approach

• good knowledge of Excel and general system proficiency

• very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious with experience in:

• risk management, preferably with a few years of practical experience

• working in project operations

• operational work in a supportive or coordinating role
