JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker with us, you will work with:

• Processing financial assistance according to SoL
• Investigation, decision-making, and follow-up in social psychiatry
• Assessment and follow-up of housing support
• Motivational and change-oriented work together with the individual
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

You will have a varied position where you follow cases over time and build professional relationships. In a small municipality, your work becomes visible and significant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a social worker or have another relevant higher education
• You have experience in public authority (preferably in financial assistance and/or social psychiatry)
• You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act
• You are confident in your professional role and can work independently
• You are structured but also flexible
• You enjoy collaboration and close cooperation
