District Nurse to Furuhöjden Medical Center

Furuhöjden Medical Center is an independent health center operated privately and has a care agreement with Region Stockholm. Since 2023, we are part of a healthcare group that also includes Furuhöjden Neurology, Furuhöjden Speech Therapy, Furuhöjden Occupational Health, Furuhöjden Rehabilitation Center, and Furuhöjden Rehabilitation.

About the role

As a district nurse with us, you will work broadly within the primary care mission. The work includes outpatient care, telephone advice, and independent assessments. If you have expertise or a particular interest in diabetes or asthma/COPD, we consider this an asset. The position also involves work in our home care, where you meet patients in their home environment. The work is varied and requires both independence and good teamwork skills.

We use the TakeCare journal system, and we would appreciate it if you have experience with this.

Requirements

· Licensed nurse

· Further education to district nurse

· B driver's license

· Experience from a health center/primary care

· Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

· Experience in diabetes or asthma/COPD

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment of 80 – 100%. We apply a probationary period of 6 months. We have a collective agreement through Almega/Healthcare Companies and apply individual salary setting. You will receive, among other things, occupational pension and a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK/year.
