JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The VO program at Westerlundska Gymnasiet is growing, and we are therefore looking for an additional colleague. You will be part of the VO work team and teach the program's vocational courses. Your responsibilities will also include planning, assessment, and being a mentor. With digital tools as a natural part of the work, you will have excellent opportunities to work in varied ways. You will adapt the teaching to meet the different needs of students so that everyone has the conditions to achieve the educational goals. Contacts with the business community are part of the work due to the workplace-based education, APL.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a certified vocational teacher or nurse with experience.

You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, creating contacts and maintaining relationships. You have good collaboration skills and a responsive and flexible approach. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. As a person, you are calm and secure in your interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. You are passionate about working with youth and teaching. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively and in a structured manner. You have ideas and innovative thinking that can be put into practice.
