We are now looking for an experienced specialist with deep expertise in automation, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365, who can drive and further develop our technical platform for self-service and account management. The role is central to our digitalization – you will work both operationally and strategically with automation, integrations, and architecture together with the team.

Your Assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, administration, and further development of the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Power Platform. The assignment also includes the implementation and optimization of solutions within Microsoft Purview for data protection and regulatory compliance. In close collaboration with the business, you will help develop effective, secure, and business-adapted solutions. You will become a key person in the team, where the goal is to strengthen internal competence. You will contribute to a stable and future-proof platform with a focus on quality, flexibility, and sustainability.

To Succeed in the Role, You Need:

• Deep technical expertise in automation and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and related processes.
• Experience in automation and process development, particularly related to provisioning resources in M365, including scripting, calls, and technical backend solutions.
• Work on the further development of our self-service portal, including integrations, module construction, and maintenance of custom features.
• Work on architecture and target vision work, where you, together with the team, design the future structure and documentation.
• Work on ongoing improvements and maintenance, as many solutions are customized and require continuous testing, quality assurance, and further development.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of .NET and React.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of information security and regulations such as GDPR.
• Experience with Copilot and handling and developing agents.
