What you will do

We are looking for a Services Portfolio Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on change management. This role is a good fit if you enjoy moving between big picture strategy and practical execution, and if you like to influence others through clear communication and strong narratives.

In this role, you will:

• Develop services portfolio management and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our End to End (E2E) Services Playbook.
• Turn our services portfolio management strategic directions into clear, actionable guidance that people can use in their daily work.
• Make the E2E Services Playbook the go-to guide for how we design, deliver, manage, and evolve services across their full lifecycle, ensuring seamless value delivery to our customers.
• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape how we deliver, operate, and track performance of services globally.
• Drive communication, engagement, and storytelling around decisions, updates, and best practices, so they are clearly understood and adopted across a diverse and broad network of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather input, validate content, and promote ownership and adoption of the E2E services approach.
• Monitor progress and adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure continuous enhancement and evolution of the playbook.
• Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of customer centricity, clarity, and operational excellence for services E2E.

Who are you?

You bring around 10 years of relevant experience. What matters most is that your background shows a focused mix of:

• Strategic thinking – shaping directions and making sense of complex environments.
• Operational leadership in driving change – turning ideas into reality, leading others through new ways of working and delivering results.
• Communication and storytelling – adapting your message to a diverse and broad network of stakeholders, and turning complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that inspire alignment and action.

You might have gained this experience in consulting, business transformation, service development, or portfolio management, or similar roles in complex organizations.

You also have:

• A strong execution focus, with a solid track record of delivering complex initiatives from concept through rollout.
• Hands-on experience leading change, whether by introducing new ways of working, supporting business transformation, or helping to embed new frameworks and models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive alignment across functions and cultures.
• The ability to simplify complexity and engage different audiences, using clear messages and well-structured presentations.
• A high level of ownership and structure, with the capacity to balance long-term goals and day-to-day priorities.
• A continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to refine processes and ways of working.

You will report directly to the VP Services Portfolio Management and be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
