About the role

As a Delivery Coordinator at Transtema Charge, you are responsible for coordinating and booking installations for end customers and supporting delivery in daily operations. You are the link between the office, customers, and electricians in the field, ensuring that the right things happen at the right time. The role involves a lot of customer contact and requires you to be comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Booking and coordinating installations for end customers

  • Installation support and ongoing delivery administration

  • Daily contact with customers regarding bookings and deliveries

  • Dialogue with electricians in the field, including commissioning issues

  • Ensuring structure, order, and quality in the delivery flow

  • Managing larger volumes and many parallel cases

  • Some outgoing contact and simpler upselling via phone (meritorious)

We would like you to have:

  • Good technical understanding

  • Very good communication skills and be comfortable in customer dialogue

  • Ability to work systematically even under time pressure

  • Experience in a coordinating, administrative, or customer-facing role

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

  • Background in electricity or installation (e.g., electrician)

  • B driver's license

  • Location: Gothenburg

  • Scope: Full-time

  • Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00

  • Start: Immediately
