We are looking for a versatile administrator who wants to become an important part of our team. The role combines administration with practical support to both the project organization and the business at large.

About the position

As an administrator with us, you are a key person who ensures that the business routines run smoothly, and you are responsible for common and varied tasks within the finance department.

You work closely with project managers, economists, and other colleagues, contributing to keeping the business well-organized and efficient.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist project managers and economists with administrative tasks
• Development of internal instructions and document management
• Payroll/personnel administration
• Booking of business trips for the project organization
• Answering the company switchboard.
• Administer the company's vehicle fleet: including leasing agreements; booking of service, inspections, repairs, and tire changes
• Assist with procurement, purchasing of marketing services, and materials for the business.
• Coordination of meetings and corporate events.

You report directly to the CFO, and the location is Kalmar.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in administration and coordination, as well as good system skills with an emphasis on the Office suite.

You are self-driven, meticulous, and flexible, with good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We also see that you enjoy varied tasks and supporting colleagues in different parts of the business.

The position is a part-time parental leave cover with a start date to be agreed upon.
