We are looking for a driven and committed receptionist/dental nurse to PTJ Dental Sjöbo.

The clinic is centrally located in Sjöbo and has five treatment rooms in newly renovated and well-planned premises. We have general dentists, dental hygienists, and dental nurses working with us. Job Responsibilities

The role primarily involves being a receptionist and managing daily operations and staffing the reception. You will also assist dentists and be responsible for appointments, phone calls, payments, scheduling, referral handling, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. In addition to regular dental nurse duties, you will also help with sterilization work.

You will work closely with the operations manager. You are organized and can keep many balls in the air at the same time. We offer a varied and developing job with a patient clientele of adults and children.

Qualifications

Dental nurse diploma
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Good administrative ability
Able to work independently
High service mentality
Structured

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, flexible, and service-oriented. As a person, you are passionate about your profession and want to develop and grow with us. We place great importance on personal qualities and the ability to complement our team. We would prefer you to have a few years of experience as a dental nurse, but this is not a requirement.
