The Getingen Health Center is located in the hospital area of Lund and is one of Lund's youngest health centers. We started our operations in May 2014 without listed patients, and since then our listing has risen to approximately 6300 patients today. Our services include a diabetes clinic, 24-hour blood pressure clinic, and a very popular elderly care clinic that provides increased accessibility and security for our older citizens. We also manage a nursing home that creates continuity and security. Our rehabilitation coordinator supports the work with our sick-listed patients. At the health center, various professional categories work together, and we are about 25 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome you as a licensed nurse to our team at the Getingen Health Center.

We are looking for someone who is committed, innovative, and wants to help develop our operations. You will be offered an exciting, complex, and varied job where you can develop in your role as a nurse. In the role of nurse, you will work with triage both via telephone advice, digital healthcare contacts, and outpatient work. You are responsible for providing good and qualitative care to our patients based on your circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have knowledge of the Swedish language that corresponds to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care. Since many of our patients come from different cultures, we value if you are multilingual.

You are good at planning your work, are flexible, and can work independently while also having a good ability to collaborate with other staff. Additionally, you contribute to a good work environment, take responsibility for your own development, and share your knowledge with other employees.
