The Anderslöv Health Center is a well-renowned facility. In 2021, we moved to completely new premises that are bright and modern. We are a well-functioning unit where we focus on the patient. The staff group has high competence and well-established routines. With us, there is a good social climate that makes both staff and patients feel welcome.

We have implemented team collaboration twice a week. All professionals gather to solve the challenges we face with our patients together. We have started to work more actively on various quality parameters with the help of Medrave. This supports our employees in following patients more easily and finding pathways for the best possible care. The health center is an excellent workplace for development; our doctors are experienced in mentoring, and the patient base is broad, providing experience across many different diagnoses.

Mentoring time is scheduled once a week. Some flexibility in the schedule is possible.

We offer a wide range of healthcare services in a modern and pleasant environment. We work to meet our patients' needs through a well-organized and structured reception. Our appointment booking is tailored to provide the best possible care and includes emergency slots for quick help with acute issues, semi-urgent slots for problems needing prompt but not immediate care, and annual check-ups for continuous follow-up and preventive measures.

We also value the quality of our work by allocating time for administration and mentoring, ensuring a high level of professionalism and patient focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. It is advantageous if you have completed AT training or basic training. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement.

You who apply are engaged and can contribute with a professional and kind approach. We would like you to be flexible, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
