The Lomma Health Center offers a wide range of primary care services with approximately 9,400 registered patients and consists of 36 enthusiastic employees with a good work environment. We are a well-staffed health center and strive for care with continuity as well as teamwork within and outside professional boundaries. We have experienced district and registered nurses with their own specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes, elderly care, and asthma/COPD. Here, specialist physicians in general medicine, ST doctors, and AT doctors work in a well-organized medical practice with support from nursing assistants and secretarial staff. The health center also employs physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and dietitians. We also have a child health center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. If you have further education as a district nurse, this is highly meritorious. Additionally, primary care experience and/or experience in triage is advantageous. It is also valuable for us if you have experience with the IT systems Pascal, Mina Planer, PMO, and NPÖ.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a strong patient focus and are used to prioritizing your tasks. In your work, you take initiative and enjoy responsibility. Furthermore, you have a very good attitude towards both patients and colleagues, with a patient focus as a foundation. We prefer that you are a development-oriented person with good collaboration skills and high empathy, showing care and respect for your fellow human beings.
