At Vårdcentralen Laxen, all professional categories are represented, and we have approximately 9,600 registered patients. Here you will find specialists in general medicine, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, receptionists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and dietitians.

In addition to the usual district nurse reception, we also have specialist clinics in areas such as blood pressure, arrhythmia, asthma/COPD, diabetes, cognitive impairment, elderly care, and targeted health talks, as well as a child health center (BVC).

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required.

It is advantageous if you have further education in diabetes care or are a trained district nurse. If you have competence in PMO and experience with My Care Plans, as well as experience in independently triaging and assessing patients' care needs in primary care, this will also be considered an asset. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in primary care who wants to work in a team with other professionals.

As a person, you have a positive and pleasant demeanor, are service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team. You should be someone who enjoys meeting many people every day.

Furthermore, you have an empathetic approach and a genuine interest in providing all patients with quality care. Your work is characterized by thoroughness and structure. You have a good ability to both plan and structure your work while being a good team player with the ability to see the bigger picture in the organization.

In your role, you are curious and attentive to the patient's needs and can easily adapt to different circumstances. For a fruitful collaboration, we also see that you have a flexible approach and good prioritization skills among various tasks when the work pace is high.
