The Adult Psychiatry Clinic ADHD is located in the psychiatry building on Baravägen in Lund, where several different psychiatric specialist clinics are found. Our mission is to treat patients with a confirmed ADHD diagnosis. We follow the standardized care process decided by the management for the NDD group (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). This means a cross-professional effort where the team's combined efforts provide added value for the patient. We work with a fixed care contact, individual care plans, and actively collaborate both within and outside the healthcare system.

You work with and contribute to a team-based psychiatric care characterized by collaboration, openness, and quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work with the initiation and follow-up of medication interventions for ADHD, somatic checks, new patient visits, telephone advice, and 1177. Additionally, standard nursing tasks that occur in a psychiatric outpatient clinic are included. In your role, you are the fixed care contact for patients and participate in the multidisciplinary teamwork around the patients.

The work is varied and independent with a high degree of participation and responsibility. You work in a team with competent and present colleagues and are given the opportunity for further education and regular supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare; specialist training in psychiatry is an advantage. You have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We would like you to have experience working in psychiatry and with the patient group. Experience with Melior, Våps/Pasis, 1177, and My Plans is also seen as advantageous.

Since work is done both in teams, individually, and in groups, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are used to making your own decisions. You have a flexible approach and can quickly adapt to changing workloads. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
