JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are 19 medical secretaries in the area with our own unit manager who has the same core profession. We are divided into three teams (breast/vascular, gastro, and urology).

As a medical secretary with us, you will have close collaboration with healthcare staff, and we focus heavily on utilizing the skills we possess within healthcare administration, beyond just dictation writing.

In the group, we have several years of experience working according to RAK, right used competence. This means that we relieve other professional categories of administrative tasks so they can spend more time on patient-related work.

In addition to dictation writing, you may work with patient booking, quality registers, referral management, and various monitoring tasks. We also place great emphasis on diagnosis and procedure classification as well as working with phrases/standardizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified (at least 1-year) medical secretary/healthcare administrator or is currently undergoing such training
• Enjoys collaborating and helping colleagues
• Is meticulous and can independently organize your work
• Is attentive and accommodating in your interactions
• Is curious and wants to be engaged in developing and improving daily work
• Understands your role in relation to the organization's goals

Experience with the Cosmic journal system is an advantage. Personal suitability is of great importance.
