We are also working on a project where our outdoor environment will have as clear zones and learning opportunities as our indoor environment. You will encounter a clear structure with a present principal and transparent leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and you are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Reggio.

We are responsible for education and care for about 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across about 75 professions. Together we work towards the same goal - to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
