Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and you are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

It is an advantage if you:

Have experience with language development approaches.
Are solution-focused and see opportunities both in collaboration with others and in independent work.

We are responsible for education and care for about 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions. Together we work towards the same goal - to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
