Job Opening: Teacher in After-School Care

In this role, you will be part of the Sector for Children and Education. Our focus is on the development of children and youth. We work with education from preschool to high school, striving for a holistic pedagogical approach from ages 1 to 20. You view digital tools as a natural part of your workday. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We want to expand our qualified staff with an additional teacher in after-school care. We are looking for you who are an engaged, creative, and certified teacher in after-school care.

As a teacher in after-school care at Billingskolan, you have an important task in stimulating children's learning and development. You therefore have a good understanding and knowledge of governing documents and apply these in your daily work. This is done primarily during after-school hours. How the work during school hours looks is shaped by your qualifications and areas of interest.

It is important for us that you have a developed ability to create good relationships with both children, parents, and colleagues. At Billingskolan, we have a great strength in our qualified staff, and we want you to become part of that strength! You should be able to work both independently and in a team, and we hope that you thrive in an environment characterized by development.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified primary teacher in after-school care. You have a conscious and engaged pedagogical leadership.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Those who have not provided an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, contracted, or received in the organization according to current legal requirements.
