At Smörslätten 1, we work to provide children with a safe and stimulating environment.

We have chosen to focus specifically on literature and drama as tools for children's language development and identity formation. We are looking for someone who wants to help drive the operation forward and who sees the value in using creative forms of expression to achieve the goals of the curriculum.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you have the scientific and pedagogical responsibility for the group of children. Your main tasks are to:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on Lpfö 18.
• Use literature and drama to stimulate children's imagination, play, and learning.
• Create an environment where children's influence and participation are at the center.
• Document children's development and drive the pedagogical work forward together with the team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have an approved teaching license for preschool (requirement).
• Are well acquainted with the goals of the curriculum and can translate them into practical action.
• Have an interest in working with literature and drama in the group of children.
• Are a creative person who enjoys finding new solutions and wants to develop in your professional role.
• Have a positive attitude and a clear forward-thinking approach.
