District Nurse/Nurse at Mönsterås Health Center

At Mönsterås Health Center, we work with the entire commitment of primary care and have nursing clinics in diabetes, asthma, dementia, incontinence, blood pressure, vaccinations, and lifestyle. We welcome your interest in deepening your knowledge in one or more of these areas. With us, you will have regular professional meetings and working hours during the day, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts at our weekend-open health center in Oskarshamn.

About You

We are looking for you who are a trained district nurse or nurse. Previous experience in primary care and/or familiarity with reception work is an advantage. Experience and/or interest in rehabilitation coordination and diabetes clinics is particularly valuable. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of our journal system, Cosmic.

We seek someone who puts the patient at the center, can easily adapt to changing circumstances, and can work independently. You enjoy the challenge of varied tasks and see this as a way to develop your skills and become even stronger in your profession. You are positive, flexible, have a good ability to collaborate, and have a genuine interest in working with people. We value teamwork and the willingness to take initiative and responsibility.

Your Future Workplace

Mönsterås Health Center has about 8000 registered patients and around 35 employees. We work as a team together; doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries as well as psychologists/social workers. We also have a close collaboration with municipal health and medical care. We all help each other with the patient's best interests in focus.
