We work in teams that, in addition to you as an intensive care nurse, consist of nursing assistants and doctors. Contact with the patient and their relatives is another essential part of the assignment since the patients' conditions and well-being can change rapidly. This means that you are often the one who answers questions and makes important decisions with the good support of the team around you and also informs those affected. The work is scheduled based on a rolling schedule for days, evenings, and nights. You will receive a good introduction based on your previous knowledge and experience.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with further education in intensive care who wants to complement our wonderful team. If you appreciate collaboration, enjoy varied work, and want to meet patients with different diagnoses at various ages, then you are the one we are looking for. To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable taking necessary initiatives, have good collaborative and empathetic skills. Your stable demeanor is an asset while you can quickly adapt to different working conditions. You are structured with good judgment and convey information to both patients, colleagues, and relatives clearly. Personal suitability is of great importance.
