We are now looking for a nurse interested in becoming a team leader with us!

The position as a team leader gives you a great opportunity to develop the healthcare center in close collaboration with the center manager. Together, you will lead the daily work and plan staffing.

No day is the same as a team leader and nurse with us. You will have a varied job where you split your time between clinical work and tasks as a team leader. These tasks range from managing absences, leave, to scheduling issues. You will also be responsible for onboarding new employees through introductions and follow-ups.

As a person, we see that you have clear leadership qualities and enjoy working independently. We believe you like to lead the operational work at the healthcare center and support employees clearly to create a good and sustainable collaboration. We also see that you are organized, have good communication skills, and find it easy to collaborate with multiple professions. You should have an interest in wanting to develop and improve the organization. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a nurse at a healthcare center.
