JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience and considering whether municipal health care could be the next step in your career? Now you have the chance! Kalmar Municipality offers a unique opportunity to shadow us and experience our working methods and assignments in practice.

This is an opportunity to test without obligations but with full insight into what the work actually entails.

We offer:

• 1-2 days of shadowing with hourly pay
• Personal guidance from an experienced nurse
• The opportunity to follow our work in one of the areas based on your interest; home care, care and nursing homes, short-term operations, psychiatry, LSS, or our night organization.

You will get close to the operations and see how we work in teams and how we create safe and close care for the individual. With us, you become part of a context where competence is appreciated, experience counts, and your profession truly makes a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has at least two years of experience in the profession
• Has never previously worked in municipal primary care
• Is curious, engaged, and wants to explore new perspectives in your profession
