We are now looking for a medical secretary for Child and Adolescent Medicine in Sollefteå. The position is a specific fixed-term employment, full-time, with immediate start until 2026-08-31.

Your role will be an important part of providing safe and good care, promoting patient safety by ensuring that dictations and other journal-related tasks are completed on time. The introduction will be done in collaboration with an experienced secretary who will help you get started in the work. You will work with:

• Journal writing
• Mail handling
• Standard tasks for a medical secretary

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has experience working with the journal system Cosmic
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
