Social Worker for Adult Investigation and Follow-up
We are looking for a social worker for Adult Investigation and Follow-up, focusing on social psychiatry. This is a permanent position – an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills while developing alongside us in Nacka Municipality. We are looking for someone who wants to seize the chance to work in an engaged and motivated team and contribute to our future development efforts.
Your Mission
As a social worker in social psychiatry, we conduct qualified investigations, make decisions, and follow up on interventions according to legislation and delegation. We utilize IBIC and in our work, we create good relationships and collaborate with both internal partners and external stakeholders.
The support is provided in close collaboration with the individual based on trust and respect for people's knowledge, abilities, and willingness to take responsibility for their situation. We offer a wide range of interventions such as housing support, CM, employment, training apartments, special housing, contact persons, and more. The unit continuously captures the target group's need for support and develops new interventions as needed. Quality is monitored and reviewed. With us, competence and operational development are in focus, and our employees are our most important resource.
Adult Investigation and Follow-up is part of the Care Unit and consists of a group manager, three team leaders, two housing coordinators, 18 social workers, and two senior social workers. Within the social psychiatry group, seven social workers work, led closely by a team leader. Group manager Åsa Faltin leads the team together with the team leader, focusing on psychological safety and a good working environment. The common mission is to ensure that those we serve receive the support they need and that our working methods maintain high quality. We are in a phase where we have started a significant development effort. Together with the team, group manager, and team leader, we are conducting a development project in new working methods and approaches. Group manager Åsa sees that the most crucial pieces to achieving high quality are the employees' opportunities to develop in their work as well as a good working environment.
We have a family-oriented approach where we systematically coordinate around families who are or may become relevant for support interventions. In the Care Unit in Nacka, we strive to work evidence-based.
Is This You?
You have good collaboration skills and place great importance on providing a good reception, both internally and externally. We constantly work for a good working environment and therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability. You focus on the positive and on doing a good job for those we serve. The work is varied and requires the ability to be flexible and responsive to the individual’s needs.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of current legislation, preferably with work experience in social services and social psychiatry. You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the team. As a person, you are flexible, structured, service-oriented, and have a respectful demeanor, recognizing the importance of participating in the development work within the unit and contributing positively to the work environment.
