About the Role
Do you want to drive change, create financial transparency, and contribute to business development in a central and strategic role? We are now looking for a business-oriented and proactive Business Controller & Change Lead for a temporary position within our Service Delivery organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence both processes and ways of working, while contributing to Azets' continued growth and efficiency. As a key person in the organization, you will translate business strategies into concrete results and support the business in ongoing and future change initiatives.

As a Business Controller & Change Lead, you will provide strategic support to the Service Delivery Director and play a central role in driving improvement work, change management, and controlling. You will work closely with leaders within the organization and help create structure, efficiency, and sustainable working methods that strengthen both operational and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Controlling & Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize financial and operational data (e.g., productivity, occupancy, profitability, KPIs)
  • Support leaders with decision-making materials and follow-up
  • Identify deviations and risks and propose actions
  • Act as a link to Business Controlling for reporting and alignment
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting work
• Change Management & Improvement Work
  • Drive and coordinate improvement initiatives within the delivery operations
  • Implement new ways of working, processes, and tools in collaboration with Performance and Service Excellence
  • Ensure structure and progress in change projects
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement forums
  • Be an ambassador for continuous improvement
• Strategic Support to Service Delivery Director
  • Be a sounding board and operational support in prioritized issues
  • Coordinate strategically important projects and initiatives
  • Prepare and follow up on management materials and decision-making materials
  • Ensure that strategy is translated into concrete and measurable activities
  • Drive collaboration across departmental boundaries

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in business-oriented controlling and change management
• Is analytical, structured, and has strong self-leadership
• Thrives in a role with many contact points and collaborative areas
• Has good communication skills and can adapt messages to different target groups
• Is used to working in a changing environment and driving initiatives from idea to implementation
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
