Our school is located in Råneå, a small community about 20 minutes from Luleå. Here, the roads are short to the countryside, forests, archipelago, and magnificent river valleys, but also between people. Outdoor life and nature are a central part of everyday life, and this is of course also evident at Råneskolan. In Råneå, people from all corners of the world meet, and we see the cultural diversity at the school as a strength to cherish.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach our students in the middle school, in all classes grades 4-6. You will collaborate with your colleagues, work teams, and the student health team to create a stimulating and developing learning environment for the students. Mentorship is part of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license and is qualified to teach in one or more of the qualifying subjects math/swedish/english preferably in combination with social studies or natural sciences. If you do not have a completed license or lack qualification in any of the specified subjects, you may still be considered for the position.

As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to inspire and engage the students. You set high expectations and show that you believe in their abilities. You also thrive in an environment that demands high flexibility and initiative.

If you receive the position, you must present a valid extract from the criminal record.
