Midskogsskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 220 students, of which about 100 children are enrolled in the after-school program. Our after-school activities are an important part of the students' day, and we actively work to create a safe, meaningful, and developing environment where every student is seen. You will be part of the primary school team, where educators collaborate closely and have fun together. Currently, experienced and skilled staff work in the after-school program. We are now looking for a teacher to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in the after-school program, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the activities based on governing documents and the needs of the students. You will collaborate with colleagues throughout the school day and participate in the development of the pedagogical content of the after-school program.

You will:

• Create a safe and stimulating environment for the students
• Contribute creativity in planning activities
• Work closely with students with different needs and adapt the activities accordingly
• Collaborate with the school's teachers and guardians
• Actively participate in the pedagogical development work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching license with qualifications for after-school programs or equivalent pedagogical education
• Is a confident, flexible, and engaged educator
• Has an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Is creative, solution-focused, and has a good ability to adapt the activities to different needs
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
