Are you interested in working as a personal assistant in central Stockholm? Then you have come to the right place. IGS Assistans is currently looking for a personal assistant who is interested in becoming a regular employee with a fixed schedule. The schedule and employment rate can be adjusted based on your and the client's needs.

The shifts are primarily scheduled from 8 AM to 4 PM and from 4 PM to 8 AM (including on-call duty of 6 hours and 50 minutes). To work with the client, you must be open to working on-call.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Can provide good service and is detail-oriented
• Is proactive but attentive to the client's wishes
• Is flexible
• Is calm and patient
• Previous experience in personal assistance is a merit, but personal chemistry is of utmost importance.
• It is also important that you can put your phone aside during your work shift.

About the client:

The client is a 64-year-old woman who is wheelchair-bound. The work as a personal assistant includes assisting the client in daily life, during activities, both inside and outside the home. In addition, the client needs help with personal hygiene, exercise, cooking, cleaning, and support during the client's internship and work.

She needs assistance with transfers, which are done manually. A floor lift is available for emergencies.

Your job is to do what the client would have done without her disability, without taking over tasks that the person can perform herself.

Salary, compensation, and benefits:

Hourly wage according to individual agreement. Collective agreement with Kommunal exists.
