Your Role

Do you have or are you about to obtain your Master's degree in engineering and want to work with technology that truly makes a difference? We are now looking for curious developers who want to be part of our team while getting a secure start through our EWAP Tech Talent Program.

As a developer with us, you will gain a deep understanding of the entire development chain, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, and verification. You will work with safety-critical products for flying vehicles and explore our innovative products and projects, with the opportunity to explore different areas, find what engages you, and shape your own direction.

To ensure you feel secure in this environment and get the best possible start, your role during the first 10 months will be combined with our EWAP Tech Talent Program. As a participant in EWAP, you will gain unique insight into how we work with all parts of BU Fighter Core Capabilities (FCC) and how our various business areas are interconnected. The idea is for you to get the tools and understanding you need to quickly integrate into the work while networking with other colleagues.

The program is a mix of utility and fun where you will, among other things:

• Participate in lectures and in-depth training that will make you an expert in our processes and technologies.
• Join study visits to other Saab sites to see our products in reality.
• Network with others at Saab through fun team-building and evening activities, as well as a conference weekend in another location.

The location is Huskvarna, but travel to other locations and facilities may occur.

Your Profile

To thrive with us, we believe you have a strong interest in technology and a desire to constantly learn more. You are someone who takes initiative and drives your own development, while seeing collaboration with the team and a supportive culture as a given. We also believe you express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for recent graduates in engineering in one of the following or equivalent fields:

• Computer Engineering
• Electronics
• Software Engineering
• Technical Physics

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
