Your Role
You will be part of the Fiber Optical Sensors product group, approximately 10 people, consisting of product managers, configuration managers, and systems engineers focusing on the development of Fiber Optical Sensor systems.
We now want to strengthen the team with a product-oriented systems engineer to support products that are in the production and support phase as well as the development of future products.
You will work closely with product managers, project leaders, the development department, and production.
You support product owners and product managers by defining, specifying, developing, and maintaining the products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your tasks also include support to production in the form of troubleshooting and investigations.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is positive, attentive, and engaged, and who thrives in a role where you collaborate closely with others while also taking your own initiatives. You are responsible, driven in your work, and have an easy time building trust in your surroundings.
To succeed in this role, you have a university degree in electronics or software development for embedded systems. You have experience in systems engineering or similar and are used to working practically with electronics in combination with software. Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English is important, as you will collaborate with different parts of the organization and document technical solutions.
We also see that you have a strong interest in innovation and future products. You are motivated by thinking outside the box, finding smart solutions, and contributing creative ideas that drive development forward. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection. Positions where Saab has requirements for security classification may, in certain cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
