We offer challenging and stimulating tasks in a development-oriented and international environment, where we closely collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored web-based system support. You will belong to a positive and competent group of eight people within the development unit, which is part of the IT department with 40 employees.

Responsibilities

As a web developer with us, you will work together with the communications department and an external web agency. You will be responsible for the technical development and management of the university's websites.

You will develop and manage with a holistic perspective – from architecture and structure to implementation, performance, and quality. You will ensure stable integrations with internal systems and third-party services and be an important link in the dialogue with our technical suppliers and external partners. Here you will have great trust, the opportunity to influence, and be part of making a real difference.

Our technical environment is based on modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Node.js, TypeScript, and React; we use Sitevision as CMS and work with Git for version control.

The university's website is your main focus, but you will also work with other smaller web applications, participate in our innovation and AI work, and contribute your expertise to other parts of our digital development efforts.

Qualifications

About You

• You have at least three years of relevant work experience as a web developer and are used to working independently
• You have high competence in HTML, CSS, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, and a very good understanding and experience of integrations
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience with Sitevision and SharePoint is a plus

You are a person with good collaboration skills and enjoy building relationships, which is crucial for understanding customer needs and desires. You are self-driven and structured, which helps you effectively drive your assignments forward. Your analytical judgment allows you to make well-founded decisions and find solutions to complex problems. You have a quality-conscious mindset that means you always strive to deliver good results, with a willingness to adapt to the demands of circumstances. Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

Working conditions: regulated working hours, flexible hours with the possibility to partially work remotely. Collective agreements and individual salary setting apply.
