We are looking for a Junior EMC Lab Engineer – Trial & Hire for a company in Huskvarna, Jönköping.

Start is in March 2026, initially a 1-year fixed-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

The R&D department and the Physical & Durability Specialist Lab are now looking for a curious and engaged Junior EMC Lab Engineer who wants to help build their growing internal expertise in EMC and radio.

About them

As a specialist department within Shared R&D, we offer advanced testing, measurement, and investigation in areas such as structural dynamics, acoustics, and EMC. They have recently moved into newly renovated premises with two brand new test chambers (Semi Anechoic Chamber and Fully Anechoic Room) as well as modern equipment for pre-compliance testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.

With them, you will work broadly with product development teams across all product categories – contributing to ensuring that their products meet today's and tomorrow's requirements for EMC and radio performance.

About the role

As a Junior EMC Lab Engineer, you will:

• Participate in the planning and execution of EMC testing according to relevant standards.

• Work practically in our test chambers with emission, immunity, ESD, surge, burst, and high-voltage testing.

• Assist in troubleshooting and simpler analyses together with experienced colleagues and electronics designers.

• Document results and contribute to improvement measures.

• Be part of the establishment of new internal EMC/Radio labs and contribute to method development and procedures.

You will receive guidance from senior EMC specialists and have the opportunity to grow into the role, learn advanced equipment, and build your expertise in a rapidly growing technology area.

Requirements We believe you have:

• A university degree in electronics, physics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.

• An interest in EMC, RF technology, measurement, or electronics – either through education, thesis work, hobby projects, or previous experiences.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Curious, analytical, and wants to develop in measurement technology and EMC.

• Structured, meticulous, and enjoys working practically.

• A team player who likes to collaborate across different technical areas.

• Comfortable reading technical documents and standards – or has the willingness to learn.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Huskvarna, Jönköping. Start is in March 2026, initially a 1-year fixed-term assignment, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 100% on-site in Huskvarna.
