We are looking for a highly experienced specialist in test system development for a client in the high-tech industry. The business is in an expansion phase with increasing production needs, which places high demands on efficient, robust, and performance-optimized test systems. In this role, you will be a key person in further developing test environments that support both quality and efficiency.

You will work closely with the business and contribute with senior expertise, a structured approach, and the ability to quickly understand complex technical environments.

• Develop and further develop test systems
• Optimize performance in existing test systems to support increased production rates
• Identify areas for improvement and drive technical improvement initiatives
• Work independently and take responsibility for delivery within your area of expertise
• Manage and balance expectations from various stakeholders within the business

• Senior specialist in test system development
• Very deep and broad knowledge in test system development
• Documented experience in optimizing performance in test systems
• Experience working in environments with demands for increased production rates
• Documented ability to work independently
• Good ability to manage and meet expectations from multiple stakeholders
