Your responsibilities

In the role of system administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, administration, and development of systems within ILS/IPS (Integrated Logistics Support / Integrated Product Support). You will ensure that the systems are stable, reliable, and used in the best possible way throughout their lifecycle.

You will among other things:

• Manage and monitor systems within ILS/IPS
• Handle cases and incidents as well as client management
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems
• Provide user support and act as support for internal users
• Perform system updates and ongoing improvement work
• Optimize operations, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with suppliers and contribute to security and development work

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is technically curious, service-minded, and enjoys working both independently and in teams. You have a structured approach to work and appreciate a role with many points of contact and significant responsibility.

Requirements

• At least four years of practical experience in system administration and technical support
• Basic knowledge of networking and server administration
• Very good collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Enjoys a role with many user contacts and varied tasks

Meritorious

• Certifications or education in IT system administration or related fields
