Your Role

We are now looking for you! Our future colleague for Fagerhult's IT Department, in the role of ERP Specialist focusing on the sales process, based in Fagerhult.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Receive and manage ERP management issues from the business primarily within the sales area, there is a well-established process to follow. Initially, you will need help to solve most issues, but over time you will learn and be able to handle more independently.
• Drive improvements together with our consultants. The focus will be to keep the case together with the business and drive requirements from the business to the consultants.
• Over time participate in smaller and medium-sized IT projects, growing into project management at a pace we agree upon.
• The most important thing is that you have order and ambition to drive points and issues. You won't know everything from the start. We welcome individuals who want to grow into the role and do not have all the knowledge from the beginning.
• Be part of the support work around ERP and integrations.

You are a structured person who is good at building relationships with people, you are attentive and communicative, and you express yourself in both Swedish and English – both in speech and writing.

You are used to independently planning, structuring, and following up on your work and thrive in a role where you have a great opportunity to influence the results yourself. You are also good at self-leadership and motivate yourself through clear goals.

But what you enjoy the most is working together with other people. The dialogue, the relationship, the interaction, and the power of doing things together.

If you have worked with ERP systems/integration solutions as a superuser in the business and are good at requirement specification and managing issues from the business, you are the right person. It may also be that you have worked as a specialist on the IT side or as a consultant.

Another option is that you are skilled in the process in your current job (the sales process) and have an interest in IT support and a good understanding of how it works.

Depending on who you are, we will find a setup that suits us together. We also see an opportunity for junior individuals who have relevant education but no work experience who want to grow into the role.

• Some type of experience with ERP systems, integration platforms, or project coordination within IT.
• Likes structure, order, and clear processes.
• Understanding of primarily the sales process and interested in understanding how flows are connected in the organization.
• Have a personality that enjoys holding things together and driving issues.
• Communicates easily and confidently in both Swedish and English.
• Thrives in a role where you can collaborate, solve problems, and find smarter ways of working.
• Wants to develop – and appreciates feedback, learning, and sustainable pace.
