ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Technical Writer, you will be a key person in the team with a central role in structuring, quality assuring, and communicating complex technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner. You will act as a natural coordination point between various parts of the organization, including product owners and development teams, ensuring that documentation is of high quality ahead of product launches and further development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Create and maintain workshop manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Be responsible for technical documentation in a CMS and act as a central hub.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to understand and document new product launches.
  • Ensure that the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Actively participate in product launches, especially during the larger releases in spring.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a relevant education in technical documentation or a relevant engineering background.
  • Has a broad technical interest.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have:

  • Knowledge of a third language.
  • Understanding of AI-related concepts and how they are documented.
  • Experience working in a project coordinating role.
