As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be part of an experienced and cohesive DevSecOps team that works to create secure, stable, and efficient conditions for software development. The work is conducted in an open environment with strong technical competence and a culture where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective decision-making are valued. The team acts as a support to the organization and is responsible for tools, platforms, and methodologies that enable fast and reliable deliveries in a security-critical environment.

The main purpose of the role is to establish, further develop, and drive S2C2F within the organization. The framework is used to enable a scalable and more efficient but secure intake of open-source software and serves as a complement to the existing process for third-party software intake, which today largely relies on manual security analyses. In addition to S2C2F, you will work with DevSecOps in improvement initiatives where you contribute to streamlining CI/CD flows, automating manual tasks, and enhancing tools and processes as well as working in support.

Examples of tasks:

• Establish and further develop S2C2F according to the framework's maturity levels

• Analyze current development and build processes

• Select, evaluate, and configure tools for vulnerability scanning, license analysis, and SBOM management

• Work closely with development teams and act as a technical advisor for secure software intake

• The role also includes DevSecOps support where you, together with the team, assist developers in areas such as build environments, CI/CD flows, Git issues, and performance challenges, among others.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development/DevSecOps

• Good knowledge of DevOps principles and tools

• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in secure software intake and a deeper understanding of how vulnerabilities are analyzed and managed in larger organizations. Good knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments, experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as experience with security tools and methods such as SAST, DAST, and SCA.

The role requires you to work independently, prioritize in a day-to-day environment that can sometimes be characterized by rapid tasks, while maintaining a structured and long-term perspective. You are comfortable working within given security and regulatory frameworks and find constructive solutions within these parameters.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
