Do you want to work close to the technology – where IT meets business-critical OT systems? At Energimätning, you will have a key role in ensuring and developing systems that are crucial for a functioning energy delivery. We are looking for you who want to combine technical depth with collaboration, structure, and development.

Energimätning is responsible for the entire energy metering chain – from establishing metering points to the secure delivery of quality-checked data. The unit consists of two teams that collaborate closely with each other and with others within Jönköping Energi.

Your assignment

As a Technical System Administrator, you work close to the interface between IT and OT, with a particular focus on optimizing our operationally close systems and delivery flows.

You are responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing our OT systems and communication solutions
  • Actively working with operational monitoring together with the team responsible for field equipment
  • Identifying recurring patterns in systems and processes – and converting these into improvements
  • Troubleshooting, rectifying, and developing sustainable action plans
  • Setting requirements for and collaborating with system suppliers
  • Contributing to the development of new solutions, integrations, and data flows – from design to delivery

You work closely with both teams within the unit and have many contact points within the organization as well as external contacts.

We are looking for you

who have the ability to combine technical knowledge with collaboration and a holistic perspective. You are analytical, receptive, and confident in your competence – and you are happy to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in systems science or equivalent
  • Experience working in organizations with multiple parties (e.g., IT, operations, and external suppliers)
  • Good ability to set requirements for system suppliers

Merits:

  • Experience in system administration
  • Experience working close to operations or technical activities
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
