As a System Tester, you will be part of a team reporting to a Team Lead and a section manager. The company has a requirement-based development process, which means that the overall customer requirements must be broken down into systems, subsystems, software, and hardware. All requirements must be validated and verified. It will be your task to coordinate requirements development, system architecture, validation, and verification at the system level in the projects.

In this role, you will have contact with many different professional groups, as well as with the company’s customers. The work provides a broad understanding of the business, from development to production, and there are good development opportunities both within and outside the section.

Selection of tasks:

• Develop and analyze system requirements and test plans
• Transform requirements into test cases and define test cases.
• Create test specifications
• Conduct system tests
• Write reports at the system level

• Have an engineering degree in areas such as computer science or systems
• 1-2 years of experience working with requirements, verification, and validation, preferably at the system level
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external contact areas.

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you:

• Have previously worked with safety-critical systems
• Are familiar with requirements management tools

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client’s site.
