We are looking for an administrator/system developer with a strong understanding of systems and experience in time and payroll administration. You will play an important role in further developing processes and workflows within HR/payroll and contribute to the upgrade of the IFS HR module. The role combines operational administration with systems coordination and project work.

• Participate as a project leader/member in the upgrade of the IFS HR module
• Drive and support business development within time and payroll administration
• Coordinate and ensure integration and workflows between IFS and Personec P/Visma
• Work on improving processes, workflows, and routines from both a system and operational perspective
• Ensure that workflows and processes support applicable collective agreements

• Experience with processes in time reporting and/or payroll administration
• Experience in systems coordination between IFS and Personec P/Visma
• Experience with the collective agreement BÖK Energi
• Experience in (partial) project management in upgrade projects related to the IFS HR module
• Experience from the energy sector
• Knowledge of IFS Aurena and IFS Cloud
• Good ability to work with both system and operational perspectives
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience with assignments in security-classified operations
• Experience from the public sector
