Are you a service-oriented IT Support Technician who enjoys being close to the business and helping users in their daily lives? We are now looking for a junior IT Support Technician for an assignment with a well-established company in Jönköping.

You will work in first-line support where you handle incoming cases, troubleshoot, and support users in their daily IT environment. The role also involves conducting basic user training and providing support for conference and meeting technology.

Location: 100% on-site in Jönköping Assignment period: March 16, 2026 – September 16, 2026 Possibility of extension: 6 months

• Handle and resolve cases in first-line support

• Troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, and peripherals

• Administration in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

• Management of user accounts and permissions

• Support for conference equipment and meeting technology

• Work in a case management system

• User support and basic training efforts

• Has at least 3 years of experience in IT support

• Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Has experience with Entra ID

• Is used to working in case management systems

• Has experience with conference equipment

• Has good experience in troubleshooting computers and mobile devices

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• MDM tools such as Intune and SCCM

You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable in dialogue with users. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology with customer contact and have a structured approach to work.

A security clearance may be conducted before the start of the assignment.
