We offer LSS accommodations and daily activities for adults with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities. Job Description

As a nurse with us, you work to ensure that each individual can live as independently, safely, and meaningfully as possible. The work is both health-promoting and supportive, with the individual's needs and quality of life in focus. In this role, you coordinate efforts around each individual and handle both planned and acute interventions.

Your tasks include, among others:

• medical assessments and follow-ups,
• care planning and documentation,
• medication management,
• supervision and delegation to habilitation staff, and
• collaboration with relatives and external care providers.

You work independently with clear responsibilities while also being part of a close collaboration with colleagues, management, and operational leaders according to HSL. Additionally, you have an active role in business development where you contribute ideas and improvement suggestions that strengthen quality and meet future needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse,
• has good knowledge of current legislation,
• has good documentation habits and computer skills, and
• has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have experience in LSS, psychiatry, or similar fields, as well as if you have further education, such as a district nurse or in psychiatry.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys working independently with responsibility. You are attentive, empathetic, solution-oriented, communicative, and find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally. It comes naturally to you to build trusting relationships, and you see patient involvement and collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and external care contacts as a natural part of the work. You work in a structured manner and plan and prioritize with good judgment.
