We are now looking for two physiotherapists who want to combine the security of an experienced team with the opportunity to work independently with great personal responsibility. With us, you will have a shared position between Bra Liv Vråen Health Center in Värnamo and Bra Liv Rydaholm Health Center – a combination that offers both collegial support and significant professional space. Here you will develop, influence, and make a real difference – every day.

At Bra Liv Vråen Health Center, you will be part of an established and competent physiotherapy group with good access to supervision and collegial support. You will work closely with our five other physiotherapists and other professionals at the health center. There are good opportunities for knowledge exchange, development, and joint operational development.

At Bra Liv Rydaholm Health Center, you will work independently in your profession and have an important role in the operations. You will collaborate closely with other professionals and actively contribute to a team-based approach around the patient.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a distribution of 60% at Bra Liv Vråen Health Center and 40% at Bra Liv Rydaholm Health Center. Start date by agreement.

The Role of Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist with us, you will have an independent and stimulating job. You will assess and treat patients of all ages with varying needs. You will be the health center's first point of contact for musculoskeletal issues where you will work both independently and in close collaboration with our other physiotherapists and other professionals at the health center. We are keen to utilize your competence, and you will participate in various improvement initiatives.

Your Future Workplace

Bra Liv Vråen Health Center works for a patient-oriented, stable, and efficient primary care clinic. The health center has about 12,400 registered residents and we are part of the Bra Liv Health Centers. We have a common organization and close cooperation with Rydaholm Health Center. Värnamo is a beautiful and quiet town where the Lagan river gently flows by. The town offers most of what one can wish for in a small town, such as restaurants, shops, culture, and sports facilities. Approximately 22,500 residents live in the central area and about 34,600 in the municipality. It is easy to get around as there are good options for both cycling, driving, and public transport.

Your Profile

You are a licensed physiotherapist and you want to develop your own competence and the entire operation together with us. You are flexible and see opportunities in working in two different operations. It is important that you can work independently and with different professions, as well as structure, plan, and take responsibility for your work independently. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment. Experience from primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession and want to develop with us. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
