Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed nurse, whether newly graduated or experienced, who has a genuine interest in people and always keeps the patient in focus. Previous experience in rheumatology is an advantage, but not a requirement. We appreciate if you are positive about being part of driving the operations forward with your team, willing to try new things, and contribute to the development of future rheumatology. We seek someone who enjoys working in a workplace where you can handle a variety of tasks at a varied pace.

You easily adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in an environment where situations can suddenly become acute. You have a good ability to work calmly and steadily even in challenging situations. It is important for you to meet everyone with respect and empathy, whether they are colleagues or patients. We place great emphasis on qualities such as good collaboration skills, flexibility, and personal suitability. The team is small, and communication channels are short, which benefits both staff and our patients.

It means a lot to us that you have a positive attitude towards both work tasks and colleagues. Together, we create high patient safety, a forward-thinking spirit, and good accessibility, with the patient in focus. It is important that you are the right person for our workgroup.

Our Offer to You

The position is a permanent employment with a working degree of 75%, daytime. Start date is according to agreement, but we hope you can start with us as soon as possible. For us, it is important to utilize our staff's competencies correctly, and working according to the right use of competence (RAK) is something we see as a given. This means that we take advantage of everyone's skills and ensure that you work with what you have knowledge and competence to perform. For nurses, this means that the focus is on specific nursing care.
