Linneberg consists of four units and is located 1.5 km west of Värnamo city center.

The accommodation has 82 apartments distributed across the four units. Two of the units are focused on dementia care, while the other two are focused on somatic care.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for seven engaged nursing assistants who want to be part of our team in Linneberg's dementia and somatic departments. Here you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the daily lives of our tenants by providing care, security, and meaningful activities.

Working hours: day, evening, and weekend.

Standard job responsibilities as a nursing assistant. To provide care and service according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence, as well as good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Delegation of medication.

Experience in dementia care or a strong interest in working with the elderly. You are confident, attentive, and have a good approach. You enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Conditions

Before a job offer, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.

From July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected job title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.

You must have passing grades in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Interviews will take place during the application period.
