Your role

As a physiotherapist at Nyhälsan, you will meet patients of various ages with different issues related to the musculoskeletal system. The work includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. You will work independently in patient meetings while being part of a cross-professional team where different competencies complement each other. In a value-based organization, collaboration and a holistic view are central. We work together to create care that is both accessible and sustainable for patients.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist and who want to be an active part of everyday life at a healthcare center. You take independent responsibility in patient meetings and for how you structure your work. At the same time, you see the value of the collegial context and actively contribute to our collaboration around patients and the development of the organization. You are attentive in your interactions with people and have a good ability to create participation, both in rehabilitation and in collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist
• Experience from primary care is an advantage

Bräcke healthcare center Nyhälsan

Nyhälsan healthcare center is part of the value-based foundation Bräcke diakoni, where care and support are centered around the whole person. We have approximately 8,000 patients registered and operate in Nässjö with a branch in Forserum. We are a medium-sized healthcare center with around 35 employees – large enough for broad competence and development, but small enough to maintain short decision-making paths and close collaboration in everyday life. Here, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, nurses, and other professionals work together to create accessible and cohesive care for our patients.
