Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, your role includes:

• Health and medical care interventions, assessments, planning, and follow-up of medical and nursing-related interventions
• Guidance, education, and support to care staff
• Collaboration with relatives, colleagues, and other professionals
• Active participation in teamwork with various professional groups
• The work includes evening and weekend shifts according to schedule

You work independently but always with a competent team behind you. The work is characterized by freedom under responsibility and a culture where we support and uplift each other.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Licensed nurse
• Holder of a B driver's license with manual transmission (requirement)
• Independent, structured, and confident in your professional role
• Experienced in making assessments and decisions in complex situations
• Attentive, empathetic, and good at collaborating
• Flexible, stable, and engaged in developing both yourself and the organization

We value a positive attitude and the ability to create good relationships.

As a nurse in Värnamo Municipality, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The Care Administration. We are responsible for our elderly, people with disabilities, and the municipality's home healthcare. The administration also works with rehabilitation and prevention so that our citizens can live a good life throughout their lives.
