HSB is a member-owned housing organization. We are Sweden's leading company in the management and construction of condominiums. HSB Northern Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 280 condominium associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private condominium associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,100 apartments and commercial premises. Our service offerings include property services, property economics, contracting, and technology.

Do you want to help create a good living environment and provide our customers with the best possible service? We are now looking for a self-driven and service-oriented Property Caretaker who enjoys a role with varied tasks and a lot of customer contact.

The Role

In this position, you will work with:

• Operation, maintenance, and management of properties

• Repairs and smaller construction projects

• Garden and green space maintenance

• Inspections, move-out assessments, and key management

• Collaboration with property managers and colleagues

• Winter preparedness for snow and ice control

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience/training in property technology, construction, or plumbing

• Has a good understanding of building technical systems

• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and confident in your tasks

• Has a B driver's license and good computer skills

• Fluent in Swedish

Meritorious: brush cutter and chainsaw certification, wheel loader training, or other relevant technical education.
